We love our customers and are glad you stopped by. We are hoping we can add a little sparkle to your special day but PLEASE make sure to read the descriptions of all party items very carefully BEFORE you purchase. Most of our products are hand designed and have strict design and ship times. We want you to be happy when it arrives at your doorstep.

Pricing:
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards. While Paypal is the primary processing system that we use, you are not required to have a Paypal account to be able to make payment through Paypal. Paypal will let you securely use your credit or debit card through them with no need to sign up for an account.
Republic Of Party reserves the right to adjust the pricing of offered items at anytime, without any notice.

Shipping:

Our products are made to order. If you need items for a specific event by a certain date please order 2 weeks before your deadline to allow time for delivery and shipping. (3-4 weeks for a large order). The due date you provide will be the date you receive your item. 

If you need a faster turnaround time please purchase our rush fee.
We ship USPS standard, Priority and first class mail which can take anywhere from 2-9 days depending on your location. If you need a faster delivery option please contact us for pricing. When paying for Priority mail 2 day shipping please be mindful that it is NOT GUARANTEED. USPS usually does a good job at getting Priority packaging there in two days but there are some instances where that is not the case. Once the package leaves the studio it is out of our control. Priority Express is the only shipping guaranteed. 

PLEASE read the time frame on all items carefully All lanterns are in high demand. If you need your items in the same week you have ordered them you will need RUSH DESIGN and SHIPPING, no exceptions. We want your items to get to you on time for your event. Shipping times do not apply to international orders as ship times will vary for different countries. We suggest allowing 4 weeks for ship timing on international orders not including the design time. 

All transactions are deemed completed upon REPUBLIC OF PARTY's verification that an order has been delivered to the US Postal Service by providing a tracking number which will be emailed upon order fulfillment. Once these tracking numbers have been provided all customers must contact their local post office for any and all status updates.

Shipping fees include packaging materials, envelopes, boxes, postage, etc.

Late or missing packages (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your package or it is late, first check your shipping date in your email. Then contact your local post office, it may take longer than usual to receive your package during the busy holiday season.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your package, please contact us at Hello@RepublicOfParty.com. Please allow 24-72 hours for a response. 

Helping Our Environment

We recycle items that come through our office. Including but not limited to packaging, shipping boxes, clear plastic, containers, office paper, tissue paper..etc. If there is a way for an item to be reused in our office we will give it a second life. So don't be surprised if your box arrives with a little extra love. It's recycled. :)
