Refund Policy

ALL International orders are purchased as FINAL SALE items that are not eligible for return. 

Our products are mostly custom made for each event so some items may NOT be eligible for return/exchange. Please note that Party Snobs reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. In the event that your product is eligible for return/exchange please follow our guidelines:

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must contact Party Snobs within 48 hours of receiving your order for any damage claims. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, pictures of damages (along with box) and an order number. 

Please note that Party Snobs reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All, personalized items, lantern products or any tableware such as custom cups, spoons, forks or knives.

Additional non-returnable items:
-Gift cards
-Downloadable software products
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons NOT due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, the customer must contact Party Snobs within 48 hours of receipt at Customer must include photos of the damage (box included) along with order number. In some cases returning the product for damage may require the customer taking the box and the products to the 3rd party shipping provider for inspection and approval.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank.
Second, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items will not receive a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Refusing Delivery

Refused delivery will include a $12 restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded. Unclaimed or refused international orders will not be refunded. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed/mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you have spoke with us and we have approved your refund, please send an email to so that we may send you a return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will NOT be given on products arriving late or after the party. Please be mindful of our design times and consider placing an order with enough time to arrive before your event and/or upgrade your shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We strive to make our customers happy but unfortunately we must hold buyers responsible for their own actions as well. Party Snobs will not be held liable for buyers not reading product descriptions, shop policies and design times before purchase.
